Rx: Yoga! is appropriate for carpal, cubital and radial tunnel syndromes; tendinitis of the hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders; neck, shoulder and upper back strains; and mild to moderate thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS).** No experience with yoga is necessary to use and benefit from these videos!

On the other hand, one doesn't have to be injured to enjoy and benefit from this well balanced, moderately paced yoga program! It may very well help to prevent repetitive strain injuries, in conjunction with proper ergonomics, reasonable work load and stress levels, a healthy lifestyle, and positive outlook on life.

**Those with moderate to severe TOS, or conditions that severely limit shoulder range (i.e. not able to reach arms out to the side or forward to horizontal without significant pain may have to modifiy some of the postures even further, or eliminate them entirely, while practicing Volumes 1,2 or 3. Volume 4 is a relaxation tape suitable and beneficial for anyone who can rest lying on their back with their knees bent.
