R.S.I.? Rx: Yoga!
R.S.I.? Rx: Yoga! DVDs and VHS tapes consist of four segments or “volumes” each approximately 20 minutes in length. (DVD is a single disc with 4 segments.)

Each stands alone as a balanced yoga sequence and concludes with a different variation of total relaxation (savasana). Alternating among all four “volumes” creates a complete, comprehensive yoga program.

Volume 1 introduces key concepts of posture and alignment, basic standing poses, cat stretch and forward bends


Volume 2 focuses on opening and mobilizing the shoulders, chest and upper back


Volume 3 moves deeper into neck and arm stretches, standing poses, and upper back strengthening with prone (on your belly) backbends

Volume 4 is a relaxation sequence lying on the floor, with breath awareness, gentle hip openers and spinal twists, and chest opening postures
