Volume 4 is basically a relaxation sequence, spent lying on the floor practicing breath awareness, gentle hip openers and spinal twists, and chest opening postures. This tape is ideal for times of increased fatigue or stress, or if time allows, can be added to the end of any of the other 3 videos as an extra long ending relaxation.
